Main Street Bicycles opened in 2004 in historic Old Town Carpentersville, IL, within pedal strokes of the Fox River Trail system and local singletrack at Raceway Woods. The shop carries Giant, Surly, Scott, Norco, Jamis, Pivot, Liv, Fatback, and Reid bikes alongside components from SRAM, Shimano, Continental, Vittoria, and other brands. Services include standard and deluxe tune-ups, overhauls with bearing and cable service, bike rentals (casual trailbike and hardtail mountain bikes), and a rental-to-purchase credit option.
