Blue Moon Bikes opened in 2002 in Sycamore, IL and specializes in new and classic bicycles, antique bikes, parts, bike restoration and repair, and buying/trading used bikes. Owner Rod Griffis curates a world-renowned collection of Schwinn Stingrays and Krate series bicycles on display in a three-floor museum space. The shop hosts KRATEFEST, an annual classic bike show and swap meet in downtown Sycamore, and participates in nearly two dozen bike shows and swap meets across the country.
