Seward Bike Shop has served the Seward area for over 25 years from its downtown location at 502 Adams Street. The shop carries Kona and Specialized bikes across mountain, gravel, fat, urban, dirt jumper, touring, e-bike, and youth categories, and operates seasonally (April: September) with year-round service by appointment. Its repair department handles all makes and models, offers wheel building, and includes guided e-bike tours of Resurrection Bay and Mt. Marathon; Karl Mechtenberg, the owner and lead mechanic, is Alaska's longest-serving bicycle guide.
