Accepted Answer

Orders placed for in-store pickup are available after 2:00 p.m. on the following business day. Customers needing earlier pickup should call ahead to confirm availability. All pickup orders must be collected within 10 days, or a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Question 2

Does Rubber Soul Bicycles ship bikes, and are there any restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Most apparel and accessory items ship within one business day. Certain bicycles may not be eligible for shipping due to dealer agreements, and oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping and handling charges. Shipping is limited to the continental United States, with a flat $100 shipping fee per bike for ship-to-home orders.

Question 3

What is Rubber Soul Bicycles' return policy?

Accepted Answer

Products must be returned in original condition and original packaging for credit. Exceptions include tubular tires (non-returnable once glued) and food items such as bars, gels, and drink mix. No returns are accepted on closeout or discontinued items.

Question 4

How does Rubber Soul Bicycles handle manufacturer warranty claims?

Accepted Answer

The shop facilitates warranty claims on behalf of customers and requires products to be returned in person for inspection to determine eligibility under the manufacturer's policy. Warranty eligibility cannot be assessed without a physical examination of the item.

Question 5

Are backorders available at Rubber Soul Bicycles if an item is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes, items can be placed on backorder. Customers are charged only for items shipped, and if an order is divided into multiple shipments, total shipping costs will not exceed the original quoted amount.
