Sports Basement began in 1998 as a weekend-only San Francisco warehouse shop and has grown to 15 fully stocked California locations with in-house ski and bike shops. The Novato location carries Cannondale, Felt, Surly, Breezer, Aventon, 45NRTH, and Teravail alongside Shimano and SRAM components. The company redistributes 10% of earnings through its Basementeers membership program and hosts over 5,000 community events annually across its stores.
