About
Moon Cycles was founded in 2016 by two Humboldt State alumni who met in a soils class and decided to open a bicycle shop together. Located at 1905 Alliance Rd in Arcata, it operates as a community hub and safer space offering repairs, custom problem-solving, and a welcoming atmosphere regardless of budget. One owner brings over 15 years of self-taught mechanic experience from bike co-ops. The shop also carries roller skates and Moon Cycles branded merchandise.
