Founded in 1971 in Chico, California, Hughes Ski Hut began as a seasonal ski shop and expanded to year-round operation in 1985 when watersports were added; mountain bikes joined the lineup in 2018. The family-owned shop carries Devinci, Scott Sports, and Rossignol mountain bikes alongside ski and snowboard equipment from Rossignol, K2, Line, Volkl, Salomon, and Atomic, plus watersports gear from HO Sports, Hyperlite, Ronix, and Liquid Force. Services include expert-level boot fitting, full-service bike repairs and tuning, and rentals across all categories.
