The Bike Hut is run by the Bike Hut Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located on Pier 40 near AT&T Ballpark. It rents hybrid, mountain, road, touring, and specialty bikes (tag-alongs, trailers, kids' bikes) at hourly and daily rates; sells used adult and kids' bikes with 60 days free service; offers bike repairs; and runs youth training programs. The mission is to promote cycling through affordable rentals, repairs, sales, and recycling of donated bikes and parts.
