Emerys was founded in 1963 by Marilyn and Richard Emery on 23rd and Fond Du Lac Avenue in Milwaukee. Richard had previously worked as a machinist and welder at Allen Bradley before starting his own business, and the shop was built on a foundation of quality work, quality products, and personal customer service. Today, two of the Emery children—Brent and Ben—own and operate the company as a family business.
