Founded in 1987 as the East Coast's first snowboard retail shop, The Cutting Edge added bicycles to its lineup in 1989 and now carries Devinci, Juliana, Kona, and Santa Cruz alongside skateboards and snowboards. The shop is staffed by passionate local athletes across snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking, and BMX, and sponsors a shop team of local riders. The Cutting Edge organizes equipment clinics, shop and mountain contests, guided rides, and special events, operating seven days a week in Berlin, CT.
