Founded in 2009 by Dan Einhorn as a backyard custom-bike project, Bilda Bike has grown to two retail locations: one on King Street in downtown Charleston and one in Park Circle: while maintaining its core mission of affordable, durability-focused builds. The shop specializes in corrosion-resistant designs engineered for the region's salty air, and carries its own Bilda Bike brand alongside Cannondale, Giant, Fuji, Breezer, and others. Beyond custom builds, Bilda Bike offers rentals, trade-ins, and a full service department, and has established over 100 dealer accounts nationwide.
