Founded in summer 2015 as a teen bicycle safety and mechanics program under the Center for Latino Progress, BiCi Co. has grown to operate two fully featured shops in Hartford and West Hartford. The organization offers tune-ups, repairs, and sales of new and used bikes, parts, and accessories alongside mechanics and safety classes for kids and adults, free bike provision for youths and commuters, and group rides.
