Founded by Vanessa and Annie to serve female cyclists, BFF Bikes became known for its welcoming approach; Gillian Forsyth took ownership in fall 2020 and has expanded the mission to serve all riders while maintaining that emphasis. The shop carries Giant, Liv, Breezer, Surly, 45NRTH, Rad-Power, Teravail, and Shimano/SRAM components, with e-bike certified mechanics (Bosch and LEVA), wheel builds, tune-ups, and safety checks. BFF hosts organized group rides and clinics and emphasizes putting bikes to real use: commuting, racing, touring, and hauling groceries.
