About
Utica Bike Rescue is a nonprofit bike shop and open workshop in Clinton, NY, focused on providing refurbished bicycles and repair education to low-income individuals, students, refugees, and families. The organization runs an Earn-A-Bike program, offers bicycle mechanic classes, and distributes bikes through partner agencies and goodwill organizations. All programs operate on a sliding scale: no one is turned away for inability to pay, and they emphasize skill development and sustainable transportation as pathways to job training and community access.
