Jess and Dano Kinnee opened Retro City Cycles Orlando in March 2007 and expanded to Retro City Cycles Longwood in January 2023. Dano is a USCF-certified mechanic and DT Swiss-Certified wheel builder with shop management experience since 1992; Jess founded the Dirty Divas ladies mountain bike club and directs the Florida Freewheelers cycling club. The shops carry Breezer, Fuji, Gazelle, Intense, Surly, and Teravail, with services ranging from basic tune-ups ($85) to complete overhauls, plus complimentary 30-day tune-ups and lifetime adjustments on bikes purchased there. Both locations sponsor and actively participate in local races, club rides, and organizations including IMBA, the Florida Bicycle Association, and Gone Riding Races.
