Founded in 2005 with a mission to make affordable parts and repairs accessible to all riders, ReCycles is located at 2621 W. Cary Street in Richmond, VA. Joel Alford has owned and operated the shop since 2017. The shop carries new bikes from Fuji, Breezer, Surly, All-City, and Fairdale, alongside custom commuting and touring builds. ReCycles specializes in refurbishing used and vintage bicycle parts, sourced and catalogued over 15 years, and stocks new components from Shimano, SRAM, KMC, Ortlieb, Wolf Tooth, Paul Components, Phil Wood, Panaracer, and Continental. All fully rebuilt bikes include six months of free adjustments; new bikes come with a free tune-up within 30 days.
