Merlin Metalworks has built custom titanium frames in Boulder, Colorado since 1986 and is regarded as one of the first makers to bring titanium to the custom bike market. Every frame is handcrafted to order using Reynolds double-butted titanium tubing, with attention to frame alignment, compliance, and torsional rigidity. The shop offers made-to-measure custom builds in road and gravel geometries, including the Sandstone XLG in allroad and gravel configurations.
