About
Founded in 1994 by Thom Beckett and Frank Vogel in a Quonset hut at 27th and Spruce Street, Sports Garage has spent 30 years serving Boulder's mountain and gravel cycling community. The shop carries Yeti, Pivot, Orbea, Salsa, Surly, and Allied bikes alongside Sram and Shimano components, with a dedicated Suspension Studio for fork and shock service. Beyond retail, Sports Garage offers 1:1 bike fitting, custom builds, mountain bike demos with the "best rebate in the Front Range," and suspension expertise, framed around a process of consultation, demo, customization, delivery with fit tuning, and follow-up group rides and clinics.
