Mack's Bike & Goods opened in March 2020 as a neighborhood shop owned by Sam and Kelly Mack in Evanston, Illinois. The shop features custom builds designed and handmade by owner Sam Mack alongside small-batch makers like Rivendell, and carries Salsa, Surly, Blue-Lug, Sim Works, Rene Herse, and accessories from Swift Industries, Ultradynamico, and others. Full-service repair is available first-come, first-serve for any bicycle (with e-bike service limited to Bosch/Shimano systems), and the shop is woman-owned.
