Founded in 2008 by Stephen Horcha, Haley Tricycles is a small-batch fabricator based in a circa-1906 power plant in North Philadelphia, near Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. The shop builds custom cargo tricycles: Coffee Trikes, Book Bikes, vending and outreach models, and bespoke designs: using standard bicycle components, stainless and marine-grade hardware, and durable finishes; all models accommodate electric assist. Tricycles are designed to move hundreds of pounds of cargo for personal transport, library outreach, vending, last-mile delivery, and community engagement, and are shipped across North America.
