Founded in 2008 by Stephen Horcha, Haley Tricycles is a small-batch fabricator based in a circa-1906 power plant in North Philadelphia, near Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. The shop builds custom cargo tricycles (Coffee Trikes, Book Bikes, vending and outreach models, and bespoke designs) using standard bicycle components, stainless and marine-grade hardware, and durable finishes. All models accommodate electric assist. Tricycles are designed to move hundreds of pounds of cargo for personal transport, library outreach, vending, last-mile delivery, and community engagement, and are shipped across North America.
