About
Founded in April 2012 by John and Angela, who met at LL Bean's bike and ski department and later returned to Maine to build this Main Street Norway shop in a restored National Historic building (purchased 2016). Green Machine carries Santa Cruz, Giant, Kona, and Surly alongside component brands Shimano and SRAM, and offers bike fitting, shock rebuilds, complete overhauls, and ski services. The owners partner with Mt. Abram and Black Mountain of Maine and advocate for local bike trails and road safety.
