Express Bike Shop, located at 1158 Selby Avenue in Saint Paul, operates as both a retail bike shop and a nonprofit youth employment program. The shop specializes in refurbished bicycles and carries Surly bikes, alongside used and new parts and accessories. It offers a complete menu of repair services: from flat repairs ($16: $25) and clean-and-lube ($35: $55) to basic tune-ups ($80: $120) and overhauls ($160): with free estimates available same-day. Teen apprentices learn and help operate all areas of the shop as part of a youth skills-building initiative.
