Question 1

Does Emery's offer bicycle fitting services, and what is included?

Accepted Answer

Emery's provides professional bicycle fitting by appointment, with over 60,000 precision fittings completed to date. A fitting is included with every bike purchase (worth $75 to $275 depending on bike price), and the shop also offers standalone fitting appointments for bikes purchased elsewhere. Customers receive a one-year comfort and correctness guarantee on their fit.

Question 2

What is Emery's customer care package?

Accepted Answer

Customers who purchase a bike receive a customer care package valued between $120 and $520, which typically includes free or discounted extended warranty, free service packages, and free or discounted fitting depending on the bike's purchase price.

Question 3

Does Emery's have multiple locations?

Accepted Answer

Emery's operates locations in both Menomonee Falls and Milwaukee, with the Wauwatosa location noted as the primary destination for road and triathlon fitting services.

Question 4

What triathlon-specific services and inventory does the shop stock?

Accepted Answer

Emery's carries triathlon bikes, wetsuits (hundreds in stock, often discounted up to 60 percent), aero wheels, and triathlon helmets. The shop specializes in tri bike fitting and notes that aero helmets are best fitted in-person due to individual shoulder-gap variation.

Question 5

Does the shop offer fitting appointments year-round without delays?

Accepted Answer

Emery's handles fittings by appointment only; customers should allow extra time during the shop's peak season from late March through July when scheduling capacity is higher.
