Community Cycles of California, founded in 2017 by Collin Bruce and a co-founder, operates as a nonprofit workforce development program centered on a San Jose bike shop. The organization refurbishes donated bikes and sells them at low cost while providing free repairs and bicycles to those in need, with proceeds supporting paid vocational training for jobseekers facing employment barriers.
