About
Breaking Free Bikes is run by Dave, a Rochester-based operator with 20 years of bicycle industry experience and a former BMX video producer who also founded Breaking Free Skatepark. Located in downtown Rochester and open late for after-work visits, the shop specializes in expedited repairs, tune-ups, pick-up and delivery service, and house calls, refusing unnecessary upsells and prioritizing keeping riders on their bikes rather than waiting. The shop also services e-bikes and e-scooters, including flat repairs, mechanical work, and electrical diagnostics. Rad Power e-bikes are carried.
