Question 1

Does The Bike Zone accept trade-ins, and how does the process work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Bike Zone evaluates bikes using a third-party blue book database and has a trained mechanic assess condition to determine trade-in value. The credit applies only toward the purchase of a new bike from the shop, not accessories, parts, clothing, or services. Most bikes purchased from a bike shop in good working order are eligible, though department store brands and bikes with defaced serial numbers are not accepted.

What bike fitting services does The Bike Zone offer?

Accepted Answer

The Bike Zone operates a Fit Center and offers Trek Precision bicycle fits designed to maximize performance and comfort on the bike.
