Bicycle Habitat has served Brooklyn since 1978 with a flagship location in Prospect Heights (560 Vanderbilt Ave) and additional stores throughout the city. The shop carries Trek, Specialized, Giant, Liv, Salsa, All-City, Surly, Electra, and component brands including Shimano and SRAM. Beyond retail, Bicycle Habitat offers full-service repair (flat fixes, tune-ups, drivetrain and brake work, wheel building and truing, tubeless setup), bike assembly and frame-up builds, learn-to-ride classes taught by League Certified Instructor Andree Sanders, and bike rentals through Five Borough Bike Tours.
