Open since 2009 in Manhattan's West Village, Waterfront Bicycle Shop serves the Hudson River waterfront corridor and the Empire State Trail gateway with bike rentals, on-the-spot repairs, and tune-ups. The shop stocks over 1,000 parts and accessories, rents 24-speed city bikes and 7-speed step-through models by the hour or day, and offers road bike rentals in aluminum, steel, and carbon frames for day trips across the George Washington Bridge and into New Jersey.
