Founded over 50 years ago and located in Harlem for the past three decades, Larry's Freewheeling serves generations of riders from first-time cyclists to experienced enthusiasts with repair, tune-up, custom builds, and bike rentals. The shop carries Fuji, Giant, Liv, and Shimano, and specializes in rare and unique components alongside standard maintenance: tune-ups ($45: $200), wheel building and truing, brake work, gear adjustment, hydraulic bleeds, and personal bike fitting. Beyond repairs, Larry's offers road, hybrid, tandem, and single-speed rentals ($10: $15/hour) and has built a reputation as a community hub in Harlem.
