Question 1

Does Trailhead Cycling offer bike delivery, and what does that include?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Trailhead offers free metro delivery within the Twin Cities area. Bicycles are professionally assembled before delivery rather than shipped boxed. For customers outside the metro, the shop charges a $75 boxing fee plus FedEx freight costs.

Question 2

What Park Tool School classes does Trailhead offer?

Accepted Answer

Trailhead offers hands-on Park Tool School classes taught by certified mechanics, including tune-up, overhaul, drivetrain cleaning, wheel truing, and brake bleed classes. Class sizes are limited, and attendees must bring safety glasses, closed-toe shoes, and be prepared to work on bikes (either their own or shop-provided models depending on the class).

Question 3

What is Trailhead's return and satisfaction policy?

Accepted Answer

Trailhead offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 30-day return window for refunds or replacements. Returns can be made in-store or shipped; the shop refunds shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Used items are subject to a restocking fee, and returns over $100 require a return authorization number.

Question 4

How quickly can Trailhead fulfill online orders for in-store pickup?

Accepted Answer

Most orders are ready within one business day, though some items may require additional time for transfer from off-site locations or assembly. Customers should call ahead to confirm availability if an item is needed urgently. Orders must be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee applies.
