Yes. The shop welcomes walk-ins for repair and service. Every service visit begins with a free, no-obligation estimate.

Question 2

What is Trail Fitness Bikes' return policy?

Accepted Answer

The shop offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases, with either replacement or refund. Returns can be made in-store or by mail; merchandise that appears used is subject to a restocking fee, and returns over $100 require a return authorization number.

Yes. The shop rents premium bikes by the day and allows online booking without requiring a phone call. Rentals are designed for riders interested in trying bikes on local trails like Percy Warner Park without committing to a purchase.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Factory-trained technicians work on all makes and models regardless of where the bike was purchased, not just Specialized and Pivot brands carried in-house.

Accepted Answer

Most orders are ready for pickup within one business day; the shop will contact the customer by phone or email when ready. Orders must be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee applies. Customers can call ahead to confirm item availability before visiting.
