About

Tom's Pro Bike operates three stores in Western New York, carrying Specialized, Cervelo, Pinarello, Pivot, Cannondale, Orbea, and other road and mountain brands alongside SRAM, Shimano, and e-bike components. The shop emphasizes professional bike assembly, fitting, and repair; its service tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) include wheel truing, drivetrain cleaning, headset and crankset inspection, and complete bike wash, plus home and gym mobile service calls. The family-run business positions itself as the area's specialist alternative to department stores, stressing proper frame sizing, seat and handlebar positioning, and post-purchase tuning for new bikes.
