Founded in 2016 in the Tangletown neighborhood, Tangletown Bike Shop relocated to Lynnhurst in 2018 and sits between Lake Harriet, 35W, and Minnehaha Creek. Owner Mike O'Leary carries Giant, LIV, Cannondale, Surly, Roll, and Jamis bikes across road, gravel, mountain, electric, hybrid, and cruiser categories, plus kids' bikes including Strider balance bikes and trailers. The service department handles custom wheel builds, full overhauls, and same-day repairs; the shop also operates a rental fleet including e-bikes for visitors exploring Minneapolis' trail system.
