Freewheel Bike offers four tiered maintenance packages: Wash, Lube & Inspect ($59.99), Level One ($139.99), Level Two ($229.99), and Level Three ($499.99). Each package builds on the previous tier and addresses increasingly comprehensive service needs, from basic cleaning and lubrication through complete disassembly and rebuild. E-bikes with non-certified power systems can only receive standard mechanical repairs (flat fixes, brake adjustments, derailleur tuning). The shop cannot repair electrical components or power systems outside its certified list.
