Founded in 1999 by Tim Richardson and Thomas Jenkins, Shenandoah Bicycle Company opened in May 2000 in downtown Harrisonburg, VA and remains at its original location with expanded footprint. The shop carries Trek, Kona, Salsa, Surly, 45NRTH, Electra, and Teravail bikes and components. Service strengths include suspension work, hydraulic brake repair, e-bike service, professional Trek-certified bike fitting, and custom builds; the service team has over 100 years combined experience and handles repairs for any brand. The shop also operates PULP, an on-site café serving organic bowls, Japanese dishes, and beverages.
