Riverside Cyclery opened in July 2000 in Ottumwa with a goal to provide southeast Iowa with locally-owned bike and skate retail. The shop carries high-quality bike brands and nearly every skateboard product on the market, competing on price and speed with mail-order retailers while offering in-person consultation and local community support. Services include general repairs (tire/tube installation, bearing and brake work, full diagnostics), with published per-repair labor rates and phone/in-shop consultation available Monday: Friday 10: 6, Saturday 9: 3.
