On Time Bike Shop, located at 3453 Lake Dr in Blaine with inventory sourced from Circle Pines, specializes in used bicycles, general repairs, and electric bike kits. Founded by Gil Cournoyea, who has worked on bicycles since the 1970s and previously operated Bike King (1995: 2012), the shop reopened in 2017 following the passing of his longtime friend Wayne Durband of Sunset Cycle.
