Question 1

Does Newswanger Bike Shop build custom bikes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Newswanger can build custom mountain, road, and fat tire bikes from the ground up, or modify stock bikes to match specific preferences. If the shop does not stock a bike exactly as a customer wants it, the team can tweak or construct a new one.

Question 2

What is the shop's return policy?

Accepted Answer

Newswanger has a 30-day return policy. Returned items must be in original packaging, appear brand new and unused, and be received within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and customers should call ahead for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back.

Question 3

Does the shop offer in-store pickup for online orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers can choose in-store pickup to receive items faster if local. In-store pickup orders are still subject to a 3-business-day processing time, and the shop will email customers when their order is ready.

Question 4

How long does it take to process orders, and can bikes take longer?

Accepted Answer

Orders require 3 business days of processing time. Bikes and frames may take longer depending on the manufacturer, though orders may ship sooner in some cases.
