Question 1

Does NazEbikes offer financing options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. NazEbikes offers Synchrony financing up to $10,000 for bikes, accessories, parts, and service, with 0% interest for the first 6 months.

Question 2

What is the warranty coverage for Hezzo-branded electric bikes sold at NazEbikes?

Accepted Answer

Hezzo frames and core components (frame assembly, wheel hub motor, controller assembly) carry a 2-year warranty from original retail purchase for the original owner, or 1 year for subsequent owners. Electronic accessories like batteries and chargers are covered for 6 months, while wear-prone parts like tires, grips, and lights are covered for 1 month. Labor is covered at no charge for one year from original purchase.

Question 3

Are third-party components on Hezzo bikes covered under the shop's warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Third-party components such as drivetrain, brakes, or suspension parts are not covered by Hezzo's warranty. Customers should contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on those components.

Question 4

What does the Hezzo warranty not cover?

Accepted Answer

The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, crashes, neglect, improper repair or maintenance, corrosion, or use with incompatible parts. Normal wear and tear items (including chains, sprockets, brake pads, cables, grips, and bearings) are also excluded.
