Mountain Road Cycles was founded in 2004 by Jacob English in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and opened its Chardon location two years later. The shop carries Giant, Intense, Kona, and Liv bikes, alongside a rotating stock of consignment and refurbished bikes. Beyond retail, it operates a Bike Fleets program serving corporate, school, and municipal clients across Northern Ohio, and its staff brings over 120 years combined retail and service experience.
