Canada orders are available with automatic UPS calculation and discount applied at checkout; international shipping outside Canada requires direct contact with the shop.

The one-year limited warranty covers the frame, fork, and electronic components (motor, battery, and display) on new products purchased directly from Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. All other parts and components are excluded. The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, overvoltage (using non-approved batteries), battery maintenance failures, or torque arm installation errors.
