Established in 1994, Keweenaw Adventure Company operates in Copper Harbor, Michigan, at the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula: one of the most remote destinations in the Midwest. The shop is an IMBA Copper Harbor silver-level ride center, offering guided mountain bike tours and shuttles on locally recognized single-track, plus world-class Lake Superior sea kayak trips for all levels. Beyond rentals and guided trips, KAC staffs bike mechanics for repair and service, operates a small retail shop stocking essential bike parts and kayak accessories, and also rents canoes, sit-on-top kayaks, and SUPs. The company has built its reputation as trail builders, community organizers, and advocates for sustainable tourism over two decades.
