Founded in early 2002 and opened in 2003, Frank's Cyclery is a Raleigh-based shop built around Frank's career in bicycle mechanics and service. The shop carries Salsa Cycles, Moots titanium frames, and Pivot carbon mountain bikes, with specialties in mid to upper-end road, gravel, and mountain bikes. Custom hand-built wheels and custom bike builds are the focal point; the shop is known for thorough repair work and accepts most non-motorized bikes for service.
