Flambeaux Bicycle Tours is a locally owned New Orleans bike tour company founded by Eric, a native whose family heritage traces to the port of New Orleans and whose role includes League Certified Instructor certification with the League of American Bicyclists. The shop operates small-group tours (maximum 10 riders) covering neighborhoods including the French Quarter, Garden District, and Marigny, and offers bicycle rentals using Public Bikes and Peterboro Baskets: lightweight European city bikes with dual pivot hand brakes and step-through frames rather than coaster-brake cruisers.
