Established in 1982 and under new management since February 2025, Ferris Wheels Bike Shop serves Jamaica Plain with sales and service for bicycles and e-bikes. The shop carries Gazelle and Shimano, and offers flat fixes with 30-minute while-you-wait service, tune-ups ranging from $60 basic to $175 drivetrain-cleaning packages, suspension and hydraulic brake service, and electrical diagnostics for Bosch, Shimano, Brompton, Velotric, and Lectric e-bikes. Routes tested for future group paved and mixed-surface rides include the Middlesex Fells.
