Founded in 1978 by Ernie Lehman, Ernie's Bike Shop has grown from a single Navarre storefront to three locations across Northeast Ohio (Massillon, North Canton, New Philadelphia). The flagship Massillon store sits at the Lake Avenue Trailhead on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, a location the founders helped establish by donating land to Stark Parks in 2003. The shop carries Trek, Giant, All-City, 45NRTH, Electra, Teravail, Shimano, and SRAM, and offers three tiers of tune-ups, general repairs on all makes and models, bike rentals, pack-and-ship service, winter storage, and pickup/delivery.
