About
Eddie's Bicycles and Hockey Equipment has operated at 480 East College Avenue in downtown State College since 1985, when current owner Eddie Magulick took over the location (originally John's Derailleurs in 1970). The shop carries Jamis Bikes, Gunnar Cycles, and Sunday Bikes, along with BionX e-bikes available for test rides. Services include general repairs with quick turnaround, Fit Kit Certified bike fitting, custom hand-built wheels, and full custom frames through Gunnar. The shop also stocks used bikes and accepts trade-ins. Beyond cycling, Eddie's is known for professional ice skate sharpening and blade profiling, with 30+ years of expertise under Eddie's direction.
