The shop carries Giant, Liv, Surly, 45NRTH, Teravail, Rad-Power, Denago, and Shimano/SRAM components. Services include comprehensive tune-up packages ($89.99: $379.99), custom wheel building, suspension fork service, tubeless setup, disc brake bleeding, pickup and delivery within 20 miles, and eBike-certified repair. D&D offers a Repair School with hands-on classes twice yearly (fall and winter sessions, limited to 6 people per class) and hosts community events and group rides.
