Conrad's Bike Shop was founded in 1971 by Conrad and Sarah Weiss, who converted a drapery workroom into a bicycle rental operation before specializing in high-quality European road cycles. Located at 25 Tudor City Place in Manhattan, the shop carries Electra, Pinarello, Specialized, Trek, and Shimano, and offers custom bike fitting, hand-built wheel construction, and repair work performed by mechanics with over 25 years of experience. The shop stocks vintage bicycle parts and frames alongside new inventory, and has built its reputation on treating each customer with respect and custom-fitting bicycles to individual riders.
