Founded in 1974 by Tim and Bob Brick, Brick Wheels began as a response to limited bicycle retail in Traverse City and evolved into a year-round operation by adding cross-country skiing equipment and apparel. Located at 736 E Eighth St in Traverse City, the shop carries Trek bikes alongside brands including Cannondale, Surly, 45nrth, Electra, Teravail, and Shimano/SRAM components, serving riders across the Vasa Singletrack and TART Trail networks. The shop stocks bikes, accessories, clothing, racks, skis, snowshoes, and standup paddleboards.
